Türk-Alman Üniversitesi is a state university established in İstanbul in 2010. It offers undergraduate and graduate programs in the faculties of engineering, economics and administrative sciences, law, cultural and social sciences, and natural sciences and technology. Established by an intergovernmental agreement between Turkey and Germany, the university provides education in German and English. The campus in Beykoz is located near the Bosphorus. Double degree programs are conducted with German universities. Joint research projects are being developed with Germany in the fields of engineering and social sciences. International exchange programs and academic collaborations are carried out. Student clubs organize events in various fields. The campus includes a library, social facilities, and sports areas.
