Maltepe Üniversitesi is a foundation university established in İstanbul in 1997. It offers undergraduate and graduate programs in the faculties of medicine, engineering and natural sciences, law, economics and administrative sciences, education, communication, fine arts, architecture, and humanities and social sciences. The campus in Marmara Eğitim Köyü is located on the Anatolian side of İstanbul. Research projects are being developed in the fields of psychology and educational sciences.
