Kadir Has Üniversitesi is a foundation university established in İstanbul in 1997. It offers undergraduate and graduate programs in the faculties of engineering and natural sciences, law, economics and administrative sciences, communication, fine arts, and architecture. The Cibali campus was created by transforming a historical tobacco factory on the Golden Horn coast. It has programs that provide education in English. Research projects are being developed in the fields of cinema and television, law, and international relations.
