Ada Kent Üniversitesi is a young foundation university established under the European Education Group, which started its education activities in 2016 following the approvals of the TRNC Ministry of National Education and the T.C. Yükseköğretim Kurulu. Its modern campus in the Çatalköy region of Girne is located among the natural beauties of the Mediterranean. The prominent units of the university are the Faculty of Dentistry and the Faculty of Pharmacy, and it has an applied education infrastructure in the field of health sciences. The Faculty of Dentistry has clinical and pre-clinical training laboratories covering many departments. In addition, the faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences and Health Sciences, the vocational school and the English Preparatory School complete the academic structure of the university. On campus, classrooms, laboratories, a library, a cafeteria and social areas offer students a holistic campus experience. The language of instruction is Turkish or English depending on the program; a preparatory class is available for English programs. All programs of Ada Kent Üniversitesi are recognized by T.C. YÖK and TRNC YÖDAK, and its graduates have diploma equivalence in Turkey.
